SF political consultant’s sentencing on child porn called off

Attorneys for high-profile political consultant Enrique Pearce delayed his sentencing Fri on kid pornography charges he’s pleaded guilty to after San Francisco Sheriff Vicki Hennessy put the kibosh on a deal to allow that person to serve his punishment at home.
Pearce, once a successful consultant for Mayor Ed Lee and a number of San Francisco politicians, pleaded guilty in Dec to 2 counts of distribution of kid pornography and possession of kid pornography, among other charges.
Given the whole new info Pearce’s defense attorney Douglas Horngrad called off Friday’s scheduled sentencing, saying in court, “Back to the drawing board.”
